Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize system downtime.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems according to company standards.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage network configurations including DHCP and DNS settings to support seamless connectivity across the organization.
• Use remote desktop tools to assist users and resolve problems without physical presence, improving response times.
• Monitor network performance and employ network troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve connectivity problems.
• Document IT procedures and technical issues to maintain clear records for future reference and improvements.
