Influencer, Email Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Founded in 2022, Santé Studios is an Austria-based fashion brand with a global online presence. As our brand grows, we aim to strengthen our PR, influencer outreach, email marketing and social media presence to build authentic connections with our audience.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the operational aspects of our PR, marketing campaigns and social media channels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows and can execute campaigns with precision, creativity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage influencer outreach, including identifying, contacting and coordinating with relevant creators.
• Handle tagging, mentions and campaign tracking across social media platforms.
• Support email campaigns by organizing contact lists, drafting content and tracking engagement. This includes writing compelling copy that drives sales, selecting the most effective visuals and planning the placement of images for maximum conversion.
• Manage and coordinate content publishing across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual and communication style.
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks for PR, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations, campaign performance and PR communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PR, influencer management, marketing operations, or social media coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive workflows accurately.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Comfortable using social media tools, Google workspace and basic project management platforms.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks without supervision.
• A self-starter who enjoys executing structured tasks and supporting a creative team.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time remote position (Monday to Friday).
• Must be available during standard working hours.
• Daily check-ins and regular coordination with the marketing and management teams are required.
