The Role

As an Immigration Legal Assistant, you will assist clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, supporting attorneys and working directly with individuals and organizations.

You will be involved in preparing and reviewing visa applications, conducting legal research, and coordinating case documentation to ensure accurate and timely filings.

You will also gain exposure to AI-enabled workflows that are transforming how legal work is performed.

What You Will Work On

You will work closely with the team to:

• Assist with preparation and review of visa and Green Card applications (E-2, H-1B, H-3, L-1, O-1, P-1, P-3, etc.)
• Support clients across corporate, non-profit, and individual immigration matters
• Conduct legal research and case-related analysis
• Organize and manage case files with accuracy and consistency
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation and requirements
• Use AI tools to assist with legal research, drafting, and workflow efficiency

You will also collaborate with professionals across teams and gain exposure to real-world immigration challenges handled by a global practice.
