Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of all HR-related activities.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates in HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee relations activities and address routine employee queries.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and HR support.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • of relevant HR experience.: 1 year (Preferred)
