We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the diverse responsibilities of HR from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR issues, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

4. Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.

5. Training and Development:

  • Identify training and development needs within the organization and design programs to address them.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally andexternally, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. HR Administration:

a. Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel record-keeping with the help of Admin department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proven experience in HR roles and Import/export relations with at least [5 years] ina managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and Suppliers at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working in an SME environment is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Proficiency in import/export software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
