Al Midrar Institute is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead its HR department at the DHA Phase 7 (Extension) location in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position requires working Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, building strong teams, and driving organizational success through strategic HR leadership. The role offers a competitive salary starting from PKR 150,000, which will be adjusted based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s overall objectives. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality employees. Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning to ensure continuous development of the workforce. Establish, update, and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance. Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies. Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment. Handle disciplinary matters, resolve grievances, and mediate conflicts professionally and effectively. Promote learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth. Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR processes. Collaborate closely with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge and expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance are required. Excellent leadership skills combined with effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities are critical. Experience managing HR operations in a growing organization is highly desirable.
