HR Assistant

SH Traders is looking for an HR Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage daily employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Prepare and publish job postings on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial CV screening according to the job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and invite them for interviews according to the schedule provided by management.
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
• Handle hiring formalities and ensure timely deployment of selected employees.
• Prepare monthly salary data/sheets based on attendance, leave and other relevant records.
• Maintain proper employee and recruitment records.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance and salary preparation.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees.

Salary & Benefits:- PKR 35k – 50k per month. (It will be decided by management at the time of interview based on the candidate's education, experience, skills and knowledge)

Benefits include: Lunch, Mobile / Traveling allowance (if required). Other benefits as per company policy.

Job Location:- Mehran Town, Sector 6/E, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
