We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Headmistress to lead our school and drive academic excellence, effective school management, and a strong culture of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
• Ensure high standards of academic excellence in line with Cambridge curriculum requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
• Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessments, and student progress.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Develop and implement academic and school improvement plans.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with parents and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective implementation of school policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism.
• Represent the school professionally in academic and community forums.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; M.Ed./B.Ed. preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in education, with significant experience in a leadership/management role.
• Experience working within a Cambridge school system is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum, assessment, and academic standards.
• Proven leadership, team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about developing students, teachers, and the overall school community.
