Role: Fractional Growth Marketing Specialist

This role is perfect for marketers who combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation. If you’ve launched, scaled, and optimized growth programs in startup or regional environments—and you want to apply that expertise across multiple businesses in a flexible, advisory-meets-execution capacity—this role offers the perfect blend of impact and autonomy.
Key responsibilities may include:
Designing and executing multi-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing
Building and optimizing conversion funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve acquisition and retention
Managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic tools
Collaborating with product and design teams to improve onboarding, user activation, and retention
Setting up and analyzing marketing analytics dashboards to inform strategy
Advising on MarTech stack, automation tools, and CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel)
Supporting regional GTM strategies, localisation, and cross-border channel planning
Mentoring in-house teams or working alongside other fractional contributors when needed
Required qualities may include:
Experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
Hands-on expertise across major growth channels: SEO, SEM, paid social, content, CRM, and analytics
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel metrics
Experience scaling products or platforms across APJ, ANZ, or global markets
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Webflow, and email automation platforms
Prior experience in a fractional, consulting, or independent marketing role is highly valued
B2B SaaS, DTC, or marketplace background is a strong plus
