Graphic Designer – Book Cover & Editorial Design

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Book Cover & Editorial Design to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and experience creating professional book covers, eBooks, workbooks, guides, reports, manuals, lead magnets, and other multi-page publications.

This position is primarily focused on the creative design side of our projects, including visual concepts, typography, page layouts, covers, imagery, and overall presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design professional and creative book covers
• Create visually appealing book and eBook interior layouts
• Design workbooks, guides, reports, manuals, journals, and lead magnets
• Create professional multi-page editorial designs
• Develop design concepts based on client requirements and references
• Design layouts for both digital and print use
• Make revisions based on client feedback
• Work closely with our book formatting team
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong Canva skills
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills
• Excellent understanding of typography and layout
• Strong sense of color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing book covers and multi-page publications
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and design references
• Ability to create clean, modern, professional designs
• Good attention to detail
• Basic written English and ability to understand client instructions

Adobe InDesign experience will be a strong plus.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Candidates with experience in book design, editorial design, publication design, eBooks, workbooks, or reports will be preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
