Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and fast-paced Graphic Designer to work exclusively on Upwork projects. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, organized, and able to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for churning out design assets for logos, social media posts, brand guidelines, flyers, web graphics, and other client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs based on detailed client briefs provided through Upwork projects.
• Deliver multiple creative variations quickly to meet client feedback and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Coordinator to understand client expectations and project requirements.
• Maintain quality and brand consistency across different projects.
• Organize, manage, and prioritize multiple assignments at once.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (freelance or agency preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout principles.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently.
• Experience working on Upwork or other freelance platforms (preferred).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
