Full Stack Engineer

Location: Pakistan (KHI/Lahore/Remote)

About the Role

We're building at the frontier of AI — and we need engineers who think the same way. This role is for someone who doesn't just write code, but uses every modern tool available: AI assistants, vibe coding workflows, agentic pipelines, and intelligent automation. You'll own projects end-to-end, from crafting pixel-perfect frontend experiences to designing robust backend systems and wiring up AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, performant, and visually polished web UIs using React / Next.js or equivalent frameworks

• Translate design specs and product vision into production-ready components with clean, maintainable code

• Collaborate closely with design and product on UX decisions, with a strong eye for detail

AI-Driven Development (Vibe Coding)

• Leverage AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.) fluently as part of your daily workflow

• Use natural-language-to-code techniques to accelerate development — vibe coding is a first-class skill here, not a bonus

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI dev tools as they emerge

Workflow & Automation

• Design and integrate automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom-built orchestration systems

• Build and maintain data pipelines, triggers, and event-driven processes that connect services and APIs

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across the product and internal operations

AI Agent Development

• Architect and implement LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar

• Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and knowledge bases (RAG, function calling, tool use)

• Monitor and iterate on agent behavior, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance in production

Full Stack & Backend

• Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar) — schema design, queries, and optimization

• Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); comfortable with containers and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience

• Strong frontend skills: React, TypeScript, CSS/Tailwind — you can build something beautiful from scratch

• Hands-on experience with vibe coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)

• Practical knowledge of workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)

• Demonstrated interest and experience in AI/LLM-based applications or agent systems

• Proficient English — you can write clear documentation, communicate in async threads, and hold technical discussions comfortably

• Genuine passion for AI: you follow the space, experiment on your own, and are excited about where it's going

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or other agent orchestration frameworks

• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and RAG architectures

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published AI demos / side projects

• Experience with streaming responses, WebSockets, or real-time systems

Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment
