Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude while ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and record accurate messages.
  • Manage official correspondence, including emails, courier services, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings for management.
  • Provide administrative support through data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Coordinate with HR and Administration on day-to-day office operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information while maintaining professional front office standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, or Corporate Administration.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and office administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
