Flour Mill Manager

Job Description

1.       Manage the daily operations of the flour mill, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

2.       Supervise production processes to maintain high-quality standards and meet production targets.

3.       Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot milling machinery to minimize downtime.

4.       Lead, train, and manage production staff to ensure effective teamwork and performance.

5.       Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the plant.

6.       Control raw material inventory (wheat, grains) and manage storage systems efficiently.

7.       Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

8.       Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and sales coordination.

9.       Work closely with the sales team to understand market demand and plan production accordingly.

10.   Ensure timely dispatch of finished products to meet sales and delivery targets.

11.   Maintain production and sales records, and prepare regular performance and stock reports.

12.   Focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement without compromising quality.

13.   Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the product meets regulatory and customer standards.

14.   Develop strategies to improve product quality, increase sales, and expand customer satisfaction.
