About the Client:
Our Client is a rapidly expanding wireless communications provider based in the USA, operating over 250 retail stores across multiple states. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation in the telecommunications industry. We are building a robust back-office operation in Karachi, Pakistan, to support our growing business and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to lead this critical function.
About the Job:
This role will initially be hired in Pakistan, and then will get US-Visa to Relocate to USA.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee and improve day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality that aligns with market compliance and company goals.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for cost reduction, inventory control, resource allocation, and overall process optimization and strategy.
Team Management:
Responsible for upholding and managing entire employee lifecycle – recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding), offboarding (terminated and resigned employees), and exit interviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage and forecast budgeted hours, field scheduling, P&L’s, task delegation, and performance evaluations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Manage and work closely with related departments (Operations, Human Resource, Recruiting, Repairs & Maintenance, Payroll, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and delivery to frontline.
Manage corporate coordinators, which include presentations, quality assurance, monthly success calls, quarterly business reviews with sales and development manager, etc.
Maintain consistent communication between frontline teams and corporate leadership.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with company regulations, policies, and safety standards.
Mitigate risks by proactively addressing operational challenges.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Payroll and Compensation Transparency:
Manage commission structures, spiffs, rollouts, portals, and District Manager compensation.
Coordinating payroll control with Market Directors.
Non-Negotiables:
Submit personal schedule in a timely manner while ensuring 90% of time is spent in retail stores, except when travelling to ensure consistent in-market representation.
Required to work 75% of weekends per the month; supervisor discretion to allow off weekends.
At times, overnight travel will be required depending on size of district.
Required to work all federal holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas), tax season, and blackout period defined by company.
