We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional Female Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our Restaurant.

Position: Female Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Location: Karachi (DHA Phase 8)

Salary: 70-80K

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
