Executive Officer - Exterprise Risk Management (Analytics)

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Executive Officer specializing in Enterprise Risk Management with a focus on Analytics. Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive risk dashboards to continuously monitor and report on key risk indicators across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze data necessary for comprehensive risk assessments and to formulate robust risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and best practices within the enterprise risk management domain to ensure compliance and enhance internal processes.
• Develop and apply statistical models and forecasting techniques to quantify and evaluate the companys risk exposures and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and consolidate detailed risk reports and presentation materials for the risk management committee and senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to established enterprise risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
• Communicate complex risk-related information effectively to stakeholders across various departments to foster understanding and promote risk-aware decision-making.
• Utilize software tools such as MS Office and Power BI to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and present findings visually and verbally.
• Participate in risk workshops and meetings to share knowledge, provide analytical insights, and recommend improvements to risk identification and control processes.
• Support ongoing development and refinement of risk assessment methodologies to improve accuracy and timeliness of risk reporting.
