Executive Officer

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a diligent Executive Officer to handle the underwriting of complex reinstatement cases and manage the entire process from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure full regulatory compliance and facilitate timely policy processing to support the organizations operational efficiency. This role demands strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across internal departments and resolve any arising queries. The position is suited for individuals with a Graduation or Master's degree and approximately one to two years of relevant experience. Attention to detail and the capacity to work with multiple teams are essential, although this role does not require managing a team.
Responsibilities
 

• Underwrite complex reinstatement cases by evaluating risk factors and policy terms to ensure informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Manage the complete end-to-end reinstatement process, including reviewing applications, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and overseeing case documentation.
• Ensure all policy processing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements to maintain the organization's standards and reduce exposure to non-compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to resolve any operational or technical queries regarding reinstatement cases.
• Maintain and update accurate records of all transactions and communications related to policy reinstatements, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess reinstatement requests thoroughly, identifying any inconsistencies or risks and recommending appropriate actions.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, providing clear status updates and clarifications to support a seamless reinstatement process.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail throughout every stage of the underwriting and policy management processes to prevent errors and ensure quality.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate insights and feedback from different teams, improving process flow and service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to continuously enhance underwriting procedures and compliance measures.
