Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Enrollment Advisor to engage with prospective students, provide guidance on our professional certification programs, and support them throughout the enrollment process. This is a sales-oriented role focused on converting qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete enrollment process from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand students' learning and career objectives and recommend suitable certification programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Stay informed about program offerings, admission requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Admissions, Education Counseling, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and work toward defined performance goals.
*Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
