E-commerce Account Management Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Management Representative to manage and support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online marketplaces, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, updating product information, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplace accounts.
• Process incoming customer orders accurately and on time.
• Source products and coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment.
• Track inventory availability and product pricing.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and other details.
• Monitor orders from placement through delivery.
• Handle order-related issues, cancellations, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with suppliers and shipping partners when required.
• Ensure all orders are processed according to company guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online selling, dropshipping, product sourcing, or order management is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer efficiency.
• Ability to research products, suppliers, pricing, and availability online.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Must be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

What We Offer

Salary: PKR 25,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Commission opportunities will be available after successfully completing 4 months with the company.
