Also, to provide appropriate resource to handled Import/export documentation, Billing and related services in Customer Care Department

This position requires operating in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. The role may involve working in shifts and during non-standard hours under high-pressure conditions. Handling diverse customers and various types of documentation demands strong expertise and adaptability to stay updated on industry requirements.

Requirement:

  • Experience: 2-3 relevant experience
  • Industry: Logistics (Import / Export)
  • Knowledge: Basic English reading & writing
  • Skills & Abilities: Basic computer Operating & Typing, Front-Desk dealing, Document Management Supervision skills
  • Education/Qualification: Preferably Bachelors / Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to QHSE policies at all times.
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and work instructions relevant to the role.
  • Verify all documents against system records before proceeding to the next stage.
  • Confirm receipt of all necessary documents before further processing.
  • Accurately enter and complete all system postings and EDI records before advancing container processing.
  • Ensure that customer billing is generated in line with established procedures.
  • Execute any instructions or special assignments given by senior officers.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the role.
  • Report any observed non-compliance or irregularities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive work-related information unless authorized to disclose it.
  • Uphold integrity and professionalism in all circumstances.
  • Stay updated on and adhere to any changes in policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Address and respond to customer inquiries related to documentation and billing processes.
  • Assist superiors in executing their responsibilities when instructed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments for effective operations.
