Role Description The Digital Media and Communication Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing digital content across social media, the school’s website, and other online platforms to enhance the institution’s visibility and reputation. Daily tasks include drafting and editing press releases, managing media inquiries, coordinating communication campaigns, and maintaining consistent messaging aligned with the school’s values. The officer will monitor online engagement, prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to promote key initiatives, events, and achievements.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Communication skills for clear, engaging, and accurate messaging.
• Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Communications and Media Relations to manage campaigns and build positive relationships with media outlets.
• Candidates should possess experience in drafting and managing Press Releases for school events, announcements, and achievements.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with digital media platforms, social media management tools, and basic content design.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with educational institutions and alignment with the school’s values and ethics will be considered an advantage.
