JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our U.S.-based healthcare organization.
This role will lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, manage paid campaigns, optimize ROI, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, Google, websites, email, and community marketing channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth and occupancy objectives.
- Manage and optimize all social media platforms while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Manage website content, performance, SEO, and user experience to improve traffic and conversions.
- Drive qualified lead generation through digital campaigns, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and improve engagement.
- Maintain the marketing campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Plan and promote marketing events, community outreach initiatives, and new acquisition launches.
- Execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms and community events.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, KPIs, lead quality, and ROI while providing actionable performance reports.
- Support website, branding, and social media rollouts for newly acquired communities.
- Maintain occupancy-related marketing data and reporting accuracy.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new digital opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Proven success managing paid advertising, social media, website marketing, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing social media presence for U.S.-based organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEO, WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
