𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 & 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: 100,000

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Lead and drive new business development initiatives for Certificate of Deposit (COD) products

- Develop and manage a strong portfolio including Individuals, HNIs, MSMEs, Corporates, and Institutions

- Execute targeted marketing strategies to grow deposit mobilization

- Build and maintain strong relationships with depositors to ensure long-term business growth

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

- Proven experience in deposit/liability business development and marketing

- Strong analytical, MIS, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service, relationship management, and negotiation abilities

- Experience working in a target-driven and compliance-focused environment

- Ability to manage and grow key accounts effectively

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

- Preferred background in Financial Institutions (FIs), NBFIs, Banking, Fintechs, Mutual Funds, or Corporate Brokerage Houses

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
