Data Specialist (Financial Controlling)

Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Specialist to support our Controlling department.

The role will focus on the extraction, transformation, harmonization, and consolidation of financial and operational data from multiple ERP systems across the company.

Its as remote Job with night shift 1pm to 10pm PKST

Key responsibilities:

• Extract financial and operational data from various ERP systems used across the organization.
• Clean, transform, and harmonize data to ensure consistency across entities and systems.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into standardized reporting structures.
• Develop and maintain recurring financial and management reports.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with the Controlling team to translate reporting requirements into structured datasets.

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL (mandatory).
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables).
• Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central).
• Understanding of financial reporting structures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost Centers, etc.).
• Experience with automation (Python or similar) is a plus.
