Job Title: Lead Generation Executive - Linkedin Outreach and Data Scraper

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi


 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate will research target companies, extract accurate decision-maker data, initiate LinkedIn outreach, and support the sales team by building a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects for our Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT services.

This role requires strong research ability, data accuracy, LinkedIn prospecting expertise, and understanding of B2B lead qualification processes.
 

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct targeted B2B prospect research using LinkedIn and other online databases.
  • Identify business owners, founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and IT decision-makers.
  • Extract and verify accurate contact details (name, designation, company, email, LinkedIn URL, phone if available).
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for advanced prospect filtering.
  • Build and maintain structured lead lists in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Initiate LinkedIn outreach (connection requests and follow-up messaging).
  • Qualify leads based on company size, industry, location, and service fit.
  • Perform data scraping and enrichment using approved tools and platforms.
  • Maintain data hygiene, accuracy, and duplicate-free records.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting criteria.


 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2+ years experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, LinkedIn Outreach, or B2B Prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting strategies.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
  • Experience with data scraping and email finding tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Snov, etc.).
  • Strong written English communication skills for LinkedIn outreach.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification criteria.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
