• Maintain data within the ERP system accurately on daily basis.
• Ensure timely and error-free input of information into designated databases.
• Conduct rigorous data verification to maintain completeness, accuracy, and integrity principles.
• Generate reports and extract relevant data as per requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and management.
• Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in data management tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline the process of report generation.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency in data entry operations.
