Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases.
Ensure all data is correct and consistent across various platforms.
Use Excel to organize, manage, and analyze data as needed.
Support the team in preparing reports and documents.
Assist in maintaining and updating customer information and records.
Provide general administrative support when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and data accuracy.
Ability to work in late hours and weekends for immediate tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably related to business, administration, or logistics).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. are a must).
Basic knowledge of customs-related systems and regulations is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
