Position: Surveillance Officer – Night Shift

Working Hours: 06:30 PM – 06:30 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 33,000 to 35,000 per month

About the Role:
HQ 360 is looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to join our Security & Surveillance team. In this role, you will monitor live CCTV footage from U.S.-based retail locations, identify suspicious activity, and help ensure the safety and smooth operation of store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review live CCTV feeds from U.S. retail locations.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, or security breaches.
• Maintain continuous vigilance to ensure store safety and compliance.
• Support internal investigations by providing accurate video evidence in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher education.
• Prior experience in surveillance, security, or monitoring (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
