Position Details

Position: Customer Support Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Workplace: Onsite

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat
• Provide professional, timely, and effective customer support
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets
• Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply?

• Intermediate, A-Levels, Bachelor's students, and Graduates
• Candidates with strong English communication skills
• Individuals with basic computer and typing proficiency
• Applicants with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in Customer Support or Call Centers will be considered a plus
