As we continue to expand our US Operations team, we are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Support Representatives.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering paid training, ongoing mentorship, and clear pathways for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers based in the United States
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requests professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and internal platforms
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience during every interaction
  • Meet service quality standards while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfortable typing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • The ability to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided from your first day.

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
