Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to our telecommunications products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for telecommunications services, including internet, phone, and TV
  • Guide customers through the setup and configuration of equipment and services
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and service upgrades/downgrades
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments for resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry 1 year.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
