Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who can effectively communicate with clients in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to provide high-quality support across phone, email, and chat.

This is an in-office role, best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely manner
• Assist clients with general questions, scheduling, follow-ups, or issue resolution
• Accurately document customer interactions in the EHR system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Work US hours (night shift) and meet KPIs and quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role (BPO or healthcare preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations
• Comfortable with using CRM tools, phone systems, and basic computer operations
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
