Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi. The Customer Care Representative will handle client inquiries and provide support throughout various service processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client questions via phone, email, or in person
  • Providing clear information about required steps and documentation
  • Maintaining and updating client records
  • Coordinating with internal teams
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Supporting administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
