PakData Systems is on a mission to revolutionize data infrastructure in Pakistan with scalable Data Warehouse and AI-powered Engineering solutions. As a startup with strong experience in tech and sales, we're looking for a committed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision.

No basic salary (bootstrapped startup with no external investment)

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

Architect and develop AI-powered data engineering solutions

Build and manage scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data systems

Lead product development from prototype to launch

Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet client needs

Grow and lead a tech team as the company scales

💼 Requirements:

Strong background in AI, ML, data engineering, or related fields

Hands-on experience with Python, dbt, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

Passion for startups and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
