kashif Iqbal Thalassaemia Care Centre (KITCC) is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team and help create impactful visual content for our awareness, fundraising, healthcare, and social media campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Design social media posts, campaigns, stories, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives
• Edit Reels, short-form videos, interviews, awareness videos, and YouTube content
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visually engaging video content
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events, campaigns, activities, interviews, and awareness programs
• Handle basic photography and videography setups, including framing, lighting, composition, and camera operation
• Record interviews, testimonials, events, behind-the-scenes content, and organizational activities
• Retouch and enhance photographs for digital and campaign use
• Develop creative concepts while maintaining KITCC’s brand identity
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and communications team
• Stay updated with current design, photography, videography, video editing, and social media trends
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver content within deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, photography, or content creation
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Hands-on experience with photography and videography
• Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/audio equipment
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good visual eye
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
