Job Overview

Musk Al Mahal is looking for a Videographer / Content Creator who is highly creative, technically skilled, and experienced in producing engaging video content for social media and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and brand content.
• Develop creative video concepts, shot ideas, storyboards, and shooting plans based on the brand's requirements.
• Handle professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production gear.
• Take ownership of the complete shooting process, including framing, composition, camera movements, lighting, and audio.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, product videos, lifestyle content, and campaign videos.
• Suggest new and innovative content ideas based on current social media trends while maintaining the brand's identity.
• Direct shoots when required, including guiding talent/models and planning their movements and performances.
• Manage footage, organize files, and maintain proper backups of all project assets.
• Coordinate with editors and provide clear direction for the final edit when required.
• Review final videos and ensure they meet the required quality and creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional videography experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce, advertising, or a similar industry.
• Strong command of professional cameras and lenses.
• Excellent understanding of camera settings including ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, frame rates, and picture profiles.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, camera movements, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with gimbals, tripods, lighting setups, wireless microphones, and other production equipment.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to come up with fresh and practical video concepts independently.
• Experience creating content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage shoots from concept to execution.
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of brand aesthetics.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is more than just a camera operator.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can walk into a shoot and say:

"Yeh product is angle se shoot karte hain, yahan lighting aisi rakhenge, yeh transition use karenge, aur is concept ko Reel mein convert kar sakte hain."

You should have a strong visual sense, understand what makes content engaging, and be confident enough to bring your own creative ideas to the table.

Candidates must provide a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their previous work.
