Content Creator and Social Media Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Content Creator and Social Media Intern to join our remote team based in Pakistan. This internship offers flexibility with a start date and lasts between three to six months. The role provides hands-on experience in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the team to produce short videos, design posts, and manage daily social media activities, gaining valuable exposure to industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos tailored for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Write clear and concise captions, reels, and story copy in both English and Urdu; proficiency in regional languages is a strong advantage.
- Design visually appealing posts and stories using Canva or Adobe design tools.
- Publish content according to schedule, engage with the audience by responding to comments, and monitor basic performance metrics.
- Research current trends, popular audio clips, and creative ideas that align with the brand’s identity.
- Coordinate collaborations with micro-influencers for small-scale promotional activities.
- Appear on camera for brand videos when required.

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts platforms.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or other mobile editors.
- Confidence and comfort in appearing on camera for video content.
- Fundamental design skills in Canva or Adobe software.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail in both English and Urdu; knowledge of a regional language is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely from Pakistan and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience managing a personal or brand social media page with demonstrated growth.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and effective use of hashtags to increase reach.
- Simple photography skills and familiarity with phone camera techniques.

The internship offers a stipend or travel support depending on availability. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate and a reference letter. There is also potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

This is a remote internship opportunity with a contract length of up to six months. Monthly compensation ranges from Rs10,000 to Rs25,000. Candidates should be prepared to commit to a minimum of three months.
