Computer System / Web Administrator

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Computer System / Web Administrator to join a growing team at Karachi, Pakistan office and work passionately and elevate consulting solutions and services for our customers. This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution-focused mindset!

Responsibilities:

• The ideal applicant will have a general knowledge of WordPress with the ability to work with a custom theme template using HTML, CSS & PHP.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client support requests.
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis by email and phone.
• Resolve requests and issues on WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with the development team on a range of tasks and projects.
• Maintenance and ownership of design projects across print and web.
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
• Coordinate and implement social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Production, IT, R&D, and Sales.
• Work with IT to deploy web designs.
• Select, prepare, and design new imagery.
• Contribute new ideas to improve overall messaging with brand and company awareness inthe  industry.
• Maintain  database of design assets.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Servers, including server provisioning, monthly patching, and assisting customers with their server needs
• Ensure compliance with industry-leading security standards, including DoD STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM)
• Write and debug PowerShell scripts for system administration tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement practical solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures
• Develop and maintain Windows Server policies and configuration baselines
• Maintain virtualized Windows servers, utilizing both Hyper-V and ESXi
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends, proactively seeking to expand knowledge and skills through self-study and other training
• Create online marketing plans, content calendars for each client
• Work with clients, account executives, copywriters, designers, and developers to generate productive search terms and relevant content
• Optimize copy, site structure, and landing pages to improve ranking and conversion rates.
• Advocate and work with common social media platforms for both B2B and B2C clients
• Analyze web metrics and analytics and create a strategy from that analysis
• Create reports and presentations for clients
• Create Social Media Content

Proficiency & Skills:

• HTML/CSS/PHP
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with using a text editor and FTP software.
• Effective communication abilities
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of configuring and maintaining websites through CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with video editing and basic animation.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and up

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Four to five years of professional design experience.

Salary:

• Will be determined based on the experience & knowledge.
