Communication Officer

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Communication Officer to join the Corporate Communication Department.

This role focuses on managing and responding to prospective student inquiries, ensuring professional communication across all channels, and supporting the Admissions Department for smooth and accurate information flow.

Location: Karachi

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field 

Experience

  • Experience in customer service, admissions, or communication roles preferred 

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Skilled in multitasking and coordination 
  • Detail-oriented with good time management 
  • Experience in handling multi-channel communication (calls, email, WhatsApp, social media)
