We’re Hiring – Cold Calling Executive (Design Solutions)

Experts Communication is seeking a proactive and target-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our Design Solutions team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, supporting the sales and business development teams in acquiring international clients for creative and design services.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads for international design services, including branding, UI/UX, and web design projects.
• Identify and qualify prospects to create opportunities for senior sales and business development executives.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve cold outreach strategies.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales (international market preferred).
• Basic understanding of design services, branding, and creative solutions.
• Excellent English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 35,000 – 65,000 (based on skills and experience)
