Cold Calling Agent

Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caling Agent to join our dynamic night shift sales team. Whether you're a fresher or experienced professional, if you have basic to fluent English and good communication skills, we welcome you to apply. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Shift Timing:

6:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Provide product/service information and suppor

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
