Your responsibilities may include:

Defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with company goals
Leading product discovery, validation, and market research to inform decision-making
Managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration
Building and mentoring product teams, establishing best practices, and enabling growth
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
Driving prioritization frameworks, OKRs, and data-driven product planning
Supporting executive reporting, board communications, and investor presentations
Championing the voice of the customer through structured feedback and UX insights

Required qualities may include:

Proven experience in product management, including leadership at the VP or CPO level
Proven success building and scaling products across startups, SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces
Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, user research, and go-to-market alignment
Experience building and leading product teams in agile, fast-paced environments
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into commercial success
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—internal and external
Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is a plus
Bonus if you've worked with global or remote product teams, or in venture-backed companies
