Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role based in Karachi Division. The CNA will provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility, while promoting comfort and safety. Responsibilities include measuring and recording vital signs, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, and supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals in daily clinical tasks. The role also involves maintaining clean and organized patient areas, following infection control and safety procedures, and respecting patient privacy and confidentiality. The CNA will interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional, empathetic manner and contribute to a positive, supportive care environment.
Qualifications
 

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential or equivalent recognized certification; compliance with local regulatory requirements in Karachi Division.
• Demonstrated experience in direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, and basic comfort measures.
• Ability to accurately measure and document vital signs, follow care plans, and promptly report patient concerns to nursing staff.
• Knowledge of basic infection control, hygiene, and safety practices in healthcare settings, with attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, transferring, and extended periods of standing or walking as required by patient care duties.
• Reliability, empathy, patience, and a commitment to treating all patients with dignity and without discrimination.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for full-time on-site coverage.
• Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, home care, or long-term care facilities is preferred.
• Basic record-keeping skills and familiarity with using simple digital or paper documentation systems is an advantage.
