Sharktech is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join its customer service team. This role focuses on providing excellent service by handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions effectively. Working independently, this position does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive company image throughout every interaction. The role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously. The Call Center Representative must utilize active listening to understand customer needs and apply problem-solving skills to various situations. This position contributes directly to the company's success by supporting customer retention and ensuring a seamless service experience, while adapting to changing protocols and using software tools efficiently.
Responsibilities
 

  • Handle inbound and make outbound calls to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer information.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and applying appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically to build rapport and positive customer relationships.
  • Follow established call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage call volume efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Document details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the system.
  • Adapt to changing procedures and technology usage as directed by company leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies and regulations.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
