We are currently recruiting fresh-experienced individuals for the position of CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for a simple Lead Generation project. (no sales) which is an ideal opportunity for undergraduates as well as professionals to learn and earn simultaneously in order to develop their skill and abilities for corporate world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

– To interact with recurring and new customer energetically in developing business and follow up through calls & emails. (training will be provided to the freshers)

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic qualification:- Intermediate, Bachelors, O/A Levels & University Undergraduates may APPLY (if shift hours are suitable).
• Candidate must have basic knowledge of Outbound Call Center operations
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, muiti-tasking, active listener and a confident person
• Must be proficient in spoken & written English (fluent)
