𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 - 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000/month

Experience Required: 5+ years

Location: Karachi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Demonstrable success in business development and driving revenue growth, ideally within events or experiential marketing.

- Strong experience leading, mentoring, and managing BD/sales teams to exceed targets.

- Deep understanding of event management, corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and multi-sector sales cycles.

- Ability to identify, negotiate, and secure long-term business pipelines and high-value corporate alliances.

- Comfortable working across diverse industries including corporate, education, engineering, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
