We are seeking a proactive and high-performing Business Development Manager to lead industrial outreach and drive strategic growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our training and development services across Pakistan’s industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within key industrial sectors.
- Act as a hunter and door opener, aggressively growing IIPD’s corporate client base.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in industrial companies.
- Lead efforts for pre-qualifications, vendor registrations, and approvals with public and private sector organizations.
- Present and pitch customized industrial training solutions tailored to client needs in automation, engineering, IT, and soft skills.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and increasing corporate/industrial enrolments.
- Research and propose new training courses, technologies, and trainers to meet emerging industry demands, coordinating with Head Office for onboarding.
- Represent IIPD at industrial exhibitions, networking events, and corporate gatherings to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and awareness across key industrial sectors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipelines, proposals, and performance reports.
- Bring a visionary and energetic approach to support IIPD’s mission of enhancing workforce capabilities across industries.
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in business development with industrial clients.
- Strong industry network and understanding of training needs and operational workflows in manufacturing and process industries.
- Excellent skills in communication, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about industrial workforce development.
