- Proactively search for new customers and generate new business leads
- Maintain a high standard of service with existing customers
- Handle sales and after-sales processes professionally
- Understand clients’ needs and offer the best vehicle sourcing solutions
- Build and strengthen business relationships with both current and prospective clients
- Use good negotiation skills to close deals and ensure client satisfaction
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility, especially with financial dealings
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic computer and CRM/database knowledge
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a call center is a plus
