ABS International has operated as a direct US Principal since 2009. Sixteen years. Zero missed payrolls. We own our brands and our commission structure from end to end. When you generate revenue here, the percentage you earn on it is real, transparent, and paid on time every single month.

What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects. Open conversations, qualify commercial interest, handle objections, and close. Work inside a live US CRM with structured targets, daily coaching, and full individual performance visibility. This is not a scripted, robotic calling role. It is a professional outbound sales position that rewards the people who approach it that way.

What You Will Earn
Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month
Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 every month
Commission: Uncapped tied directly to revenue you personally generate
Daily Cash Reward: Top performer on the floor earns a cash bonus every working day
15 days fully paid annual leave
Provident Fund: Structured company contributions

You Should Apply If
You have 1 year or more in BPO — outbound sales, cold calling, or customer-facing work
Your English is strong enough to hold a live conversation with a US customer confidently
You are available permanently for Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 2 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14
You want a floor where your output directly determines your monthly take-home
